Financial support for students and individuals moving into college or vocational programs—built for people whose ambition, creativity, resilience, and commitment to community deserve room to grow.

Who the program serves

Four pathways. One belief in human potential.

Applicants may pursue any field of study through the general and need-based pathways. Dedicated pathways also recognize strong achievement and people preparing for work in film and media.

For underserved students pursuing college or vocational education.

Merit-based

For exceptional talent in filmmaking, the arts, or social work.

For applicants whose financial circumstances create a barrier to continuing education.

What applicants prepare.

The current application materials call for the items below. Cycle-specific requirements and deadlines will be confirmed when applications open.

    Applicant, education, and selected scholarship-path information.

    Personal statement · 500–750 words

    Educational goals, personal aspirations, and how the award would help.

  3. 03

    Two recommendations

    From teachers, mentors, employers, or community members.

  4. 04

    Recent academic transcript

    From the applicant’s current or most recently attended school.

  5. 05

    Pathway-specific support

    Financial-need documentation or a film/media portfolio when applicable.

How selection works

A consistent, mission-aligned review.

The proposed rubric balances achievement and need with the applicant’s story, support network, creative work, leadership, and community involvement.

If selected

The award goes directly toward education.

Direct disbursement

Funds are paid directly to the recipient’s educational institution for tuition, required fees, books, supplies, course materials, and eligible housing or meal-plan costs.

Scholarship agreement

Recipients agree to appropriate use of funds, satisfactory academic progress, good standing, and progress updates.

03

A lasting network

Scholars are invited into optional mentorship, networking, internships, volunteering, alumni events, and future service.
